Placing Your Order

To order your customized dress, simply click on the dress you want, select your size and your height group. Then please select the design customization choices (tops and skirt). After that click Add To Cart. If you use the Design Your Dress app then your unique dress will be added to your basket and you will be able to proceed to payment as normal. However, if you would like to request any other customizations, alterations or additions, then your details with be submitted to our Customer Care team where someone will contact you regarding your order. Please note that there may be an extra charge and time to accommodate your request.

Delivery within USA

The cost of our delivery service within the USA is a flat $9 for orders less than $195, and FREE on orders of $195 and over. Please allow 30 days for your order to be custom sewn and delivered to the United States where it is going to be carefully checked for quality, and additional 7 days to ship to your location. We offer worldwide international delivery to countries outside of the USA via DHL. The price of delivery will depend on your location and is calculated at the check out. You can track your order by logging into your Account and select the My Orders tab. YuliyaRaquel.com guarantees the delivery time except in situations, events or circumstances, which are beyond our control (the customer is not available, production delays, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, mistakes in the delivery information, legal procedures). If the estimated date of delivery is on a weekend, the delivery will most likely arrive on the following Monday.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship globally to all countries and the delivery time is an additional 15 days. All orders are shipped via global priority air with the leading companies: USPS, DHL, UPS and FedEx. We do not deliver to PO boxes, military addresses and APO/DPO.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Upon receiving your order, you have 30 days to return an item for a refund or store credit.  The items returned must be in their original condition, unworn with tags attached. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unacceptable condition will be rejected and returned to the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone abusing our return policy.

Also by using our custom design app, you may mix and match different tops and skirts, creating fully creatively-designed dresses. Each of our gowns are carefully customized, cut and sewn in our partner atelier based in Kharkov, Ukraine. The atelier employs only most qualified and experienced master-seamstresses with 2+ years of formal technical sewing education and at least 10+ years of experience in the sewing field; hence the quality of our custom gowns is unparalleled.

Previously, Yuliya Raquel manufactured her collection almost exclusively in the USA. Due to her commitment to now offer her customers customized and personalized design, she is now providing custom made, not mass-produced garments. The cost of any custom-made item is 6-8 times more expensive than an identical mass-produced one thus increasing the retail price of the custom gowns exponentially. In her commitment to provide affordable customized designer apparel, she found a way to empower women in her country of birth, Ukraine. By fairly compensating these amazing seamstresses for their hard work, while providing affordably priced designer collection made-to-fit individual, beautiful and unique women who will buy a beautiful selection of their choice, she created a win-win business model.

Click REQUEST RETURN next to the item. You will receive an email confirmation of the request with a copy of the mailing label attached. Follow the instructions printed on the page to complete the return and send it back to our facility. International customers must include all commercial invoices (attached to the return label) for the items they are returning back to YuliyaRaquel.com. For any additional assistance or in case if the above method is not working, please contact Customer Care at care@yuliyaraquel.com. Once your return arrives back at our facility, kindly note that it generally takes 72 hours or so to process your return. You will be notified via email once your return has been successfully completed.

Due to your order being customized and made-to-measure a 30% restocking fee (based on the Original price) is applied to all refunds. You will be refunded based on the original form of payment. A Store Credit is a dollar amount that is available for you to use towards a future purchase through yuliyaraquel.com. A Store Credit is generally generated from returning custom dress for the full amount and choosing Store Credit as the refund option. Please see our Return Policy for further details on this.

Faulty Items

Goods are classified as faulty if they are damaged upon receipt. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your item arrives damaged, you may return it for a refund by simply requesting a Return Authorization (RA) number within 30 days of the date of delivery. Simply sign into your YuliyaRaquel.com account, click ORDERS in the upper right hand corner, and locate the item/order you would like to return. Click REQUEST RETURN next to the item. You will receive an email confirmation of the request with a copy of the label attached. Follow the instructions printed on the page to complete the return and send it back to our facility. Our finish to-order garments ship within 30-60 days of ordering. Shipping domestically typically takes an additional 5-7 days and internationally up to additional 14 days.
