Q. What kinds of dress customizations do you offer?
You can customize any dress by choosing from different lengths of sleeves, skirts and height. Also by using our custom design application, you may mix and match different tops and skirts, creating fully custom designed dresses.
We’re all about helping you express your individual style to create glorious statement pieces for your wardrobe, so if you want something different let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
Q. Where are the clothes made?
Each of our gowns are carefully customized, cut and sewn in our partner atelier (custom tailoring studio) based in Kharkov, Ukraine. The atelier employs only most qualified and experienced master-seamstresses with 2+ years of formal technical sewing education and at least 10+ years of experience in the sewing field, hence the quality of our custom gowns is unparalleled.
Our quality cannot be compared to the mass produces items, as each dress sewn to perfection by the same seamstress, paying attention to every stitch and seam.
It takes an average of 15-25 hours to customize, cut and sew each Yuliya Raquel dress.
Q. Why do you manufacture in Ukraine and not in the USA?
Traditionally in the past Yuliya Raquel has been manufacturing her collection almost exclusively in the USA.
Due to her commitment to now offer her customers customized and personalized design to a woman’s unique taste and height, she is now offering custom made, not mass-produced garments.
The cost of any custom-made item is 6-8 times more expensive than an identical mass-produced one. If we continued to manufacture our custom dresses in the USA, our sewing cost would have to be from $150-$220 for simpler dresses and $250-$450 for the more complicated wedding dresses. Thus increasing the retail price of the custom gowns exponentially.
In her commitment to provide affordable customized designer apparel, Yuliya Raquel, found a way to empower women in her country of birth, Ukraine. By fairly compensating these amazing seamstresses for their hard work, while providing affordably priced designer collection custom-made for individual, beautiful and unique women who will buy them, she created a win-win business model.
Q. What is your return policy?
You have 30 days upon receiving your order to return an item for a refund or store credit.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, unworn with tags attached.
All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unacceptable condition will be rejected and returned to the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone abusing our return policy.
Q. How do I return my order?
If you would like to return an item, you can do it either from your account or by email.
To do it from account simply sign into your YuliyaRaquel.com account, click ORDERS in the upper right hand corner, and locate the item/order you would like to return.
Click REQUEST RETURN next to the item. You will receive an email confirmation of the request with a copy of the label attached. Follow the instructions printed on the page to complete the return and send it back to our facility. International customers must include any and all commercial invoices (attached to the return label) for the items they are returning back to YuliyaRaquel.com.
For any additional assistance, contact Customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your return arrives back at our facility, kindly note that it generally takes 72 hours or so to process, upon which you will be notified via email once your return has been successfully completed.

Q. How will I be refunded?
You will be refunded based on the original form of payment. If for some reason you no longer have access to the original form of payment, then your refund will be processed via PayPal. If you have any questions, please contact us at email@example.com
Q. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and money will be credited back to your account. You will be notified by email once the refund has been issued.
PLEASE NOTE: It may take up to two full billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Q. What is store credit and how does it work?A Store Credit is a dollar amount that is available for you to use towards a future purchase through yuliyaraquel.com. A Store Credit is generally generated from returning custom dress for the full amount and choosing Store Credit as the refund option. Please see our Return Policy for further details on this.
Q. How do I exchange my order?Yuliya Raquel does not offer a direct exchange at this time. If you are interested in purchasing an alternative design or a size, simply place a new order and return the original unsuitable item. For assistance, please contact our Customer Care Services at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. Faulty Items
Goods are classified as faulty if they are damaged upon receipt. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your item arrives damaged, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the date of delivery.
